Hola Nelly. Que gusto nos contactes. Después de una cirugía sugerimos que estés en reposo una semana en casa. Sin actividades que involucren esfuerzos. A la segunda semana ya puedes realizar más actividades excepto ejercicio. El ejercicio se puede comenzar hasta el mes. Saludos y nos vemos pronto!.
